This promotion is sponsored by Energizer Holdings, Inc. (“Energizer” or “Sponsor”).

PROMOTION: Spend $25 on any qualifying Armor All® brand products in one single transaction, at any participating national retailer between 3/01/26 – 6/30/26 and receive a $5 Visa eReward Card. (“Promotion”). The Visa eReward Card will be sent to customers with eligible submissions via email, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Promotion is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence. Promotion is not valid for employees, representatives, or agents as well as their immediate family members of Energizer, and TPG Rewards Inc. (“TPG”), their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and reward suppliers.

2. Promotion Period

To qualify for the Promotion, valid purchases must be made between March 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) at participating retailers, and participants must submit their receipts between March 1, 2026, and July 15, 2026. Each eligible purchase of $25 or more of participating Armor All® products in a single transaction (“Qualifying Purchase”) will entitle the participant to receive a $5 Visa eReward Card.

3. How to receive your $5.00 Visa eReward Card To apply for your Visa eReward Card, you must:

Purchase at least $25 worth of participating Armor All® products in a single transaction at any participating Canadian retailer between March 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026.
Use your mobile device to take a photo of your receipt, which clearly shows: date of purchase, receipt total, and product name or UPC (a “Qualifying Purchase”).
Upload the photo of your receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase on savewitharmorall.ca, between March 1, 2026, and July 15, 2026.

Participants who submit Qualifying Purchases that comply with these Terms will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to claim their $5 Visa eReward Card. In the email reply, TPG will provide the participant with a unique Visa eReward Card link. When the consumer clicks their Visa eReward Card link they will be directed to a dedicated redemption site. On that site the consumer will be required to provide their contact information including, name, email, mailing address, and mobile phone. Once the consumer clicks submit, they will receive their $5 Visa eReward Card.

Receipts must be submitted by no later than July 15, 2026, showing the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period. Promotion available while supplies last. If during the course of the promotion it is detected that there is a technical, programming, or other error, consumers may be instructed to resubmit their request. If a participant submits a receipt that Energizer determines, in its sole discretion, to be invalid or unreadable, they will receive an error message and may be provided with instructions on how to submit their receipt via mail for redemption

If during the course of the Promotion any technical, programming, or other error is detected, participants may be instructed to resubmit their request. The $5 Visa eReward Card will be delivered electronically to the participant’s provided email address. The Visa eReward Card can be used at any location that accepts Visa cards. Visa eReward Card expiration date will be specified upon delivery

Participants who submit Qualifying Purchases that comply with these Terms will receive a reply via email. In the reply, TPG will provide the participant with a unique link and instruct them to click the link to be directed to the dedicated Visa eReward Card redemption site to submit their name, email, mailing address, and mobile phone to receive their $5 Visa eReward Card.

If a participant submits a receipt which the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is invalid or unreadable, they will receive an error message and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, provide participant with instructions on how they may mail their receipt, along with their return mailing address, to Sponsor’s fulfillment house for redemption. All mailed receipts must be postmarked by July 15, 2026.

4. How to redeem your Visa eReward Card

How to Use to Shop In-Store with a digital wallet:

Your Virtual Reward Card can be used to pay with digital wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Fitbit Pay.

Open the Wallet/App on your device.
Take a photo of your Card or manually enter your Card details.
Follow the on-screen instructions

How to Use to Shop Online:

Make sure the balance of the Card is more than the entire cost of the purchase, including taxes. Please note: some transactions require a hold of up to 20% above the purchase amount. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.
Select ‘Credit’ as the Payment Method (do not select ‘Gift Card’)
In the Payment Method section, enter the card information as you would a credit or debit card.
In the Billing Address section, please fill in your name and address.

5. General Conditions

Limit of one (1) Promotion redemption per household.

Each Qualifying Purchase is valid for a maximum of one (1) $5 Visa eReward Card. The Visa eReward Card is not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Not valid with any other promtion and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

If the price of your purchase is more than the value of the $5 Visa eReward Card, you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance. Any attempt to use the Promotion for a non-permitted purpose, or to redeem more than the number of Promotions permitted per household will result in denial of the Promotion and is deemed fraud by the Sponsor.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Promotion is valid in Canada only and void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of participants.

Sponsor and TPG are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Promotion materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and TPG are not responsible for communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a participant’s e-mail, mailbox or phone account to receive messages. Sponsor and TPG reserve the right to restrict registrations from any IP address, telephone number and/or email address if suspicious activity is detected.

Sponsor and TPG disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Promotion, and reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond their control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Promotion or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if Sponsor and/or TPG determine that a participant has used automated software or programs to participate, tampered with the Promotion process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Terms and Conditions or his/her fraud or misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this Promotion. Sponsor and TPG reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials.

By participating in this Promotion, you accept the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions, agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and warrants that you are eligible to participate in this Promotion. You also agree to release Sponsor, TPG and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with your participation in this Promotion. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Terms and Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials (including, without limitation, the French version of these Terms and Conditions); the terms and conditions of these English Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pour être admissible à la promotion, les achats valides doivent être effectués entre le 1er mars 2026 et le 30 juin 2026 (« Période de promotion ») chez les détaillants participants, et les participants doivent soumettre leurs reçus entre le 1er mars 2026 et le 15 juillet 2026. 3. Comment recevoir votre fiche Visa eReward de 5 dollar?

Pour demander votre carte Visa eReward, vous devez :

Achetez pour un minimum de 25 dollar de produits participants de la marque Armor All® en une seule transaction chez l’un des détaillants canadiens participants, entre le 1er mars 2026 et le 30 juin 2026.
Utilisez votre appareil mobile pour prendre une photo de votre reçu, qui montre clairement : date de l’achat, du montant total du reçu et du nom du produit ou du code UPC (un « Achat admissible »).
Téléchargez la photo de votre reçu montrant l’achat admissible sur savewitharmorall.ca, entre le 1er mars 2026 et le 15 juillet 2026.

Les participants ayant soumis des achats admissibles conformes aux présentes conditions recevront une adresse courriel de confirmation contenant les instructions à suivre pour réclamer leur carte eReward Visa d’une valeur de 5 dollar. Dans la réponse par e-mail, TPG fournira au participant un lien unique vers la carte Visa eReward. Lorsque le consommateur clique sur le lien de sa carte Visa eReward, il sera dirigé vers un site
d’échange dédié. Sur ce site, le consommateur devra fournir ses coordonnées, notamment son nom, son adresse e-mail, son adresse postale et son numéro de téléphone portable. Une fois que le consommateur a cliqué sur « Soumettre », il recevra sa fiche eReward Visa d’une valeur de 5 dollar

Les reçus doivent être soumis au plus tard le 15 juillet 2026, attestant de l’achat admissible effectué pendant la période de promotion. Offre valable jusqu’à épuisement des stocks. Si une erreur technique, de programmation ou de toute autre nature est détectée au cours de la promotion, les consommateurs pourraient être invités à soumettre de nouveau leur demande. Si un participant soumet un reçu qu’Energizer détermine, à sa seule discrétion, comme étant invalide ou illisible, il recevra un message d’erreur et pourra recevoir des instructions sur la façon de soumettre son reçu par courrier pour l’échanger.d’échange dédié. Sur ce site, le consommateur devra fournir ses coordonnées, notamment son nom, son adresse e-mail, son adresse postale et son numéro de téléphone portable. Une fois que le consommateur a cliqué sur « Soumettre », il recevra sa fiche eReward Visa d’une valeur de 5 dollar

Si, au cours de la Promotion, une erreur technique, de programmation ou autre est détectée, les participants pourront être invités à soumettre à nouveau leur demande. La carte Visa eReward $5 sera livrée électroniquement à l’adresse e-mail fournie par le participant. La carte Visa eReward peut être utilisée dans n’importe quel endroit acceptant les cartes Visa. La date d’expiration de la carte Visa eReward sera précisée lors de la livraison.

Les participants qui soumettent des achats éligibles conformes aux présentes conditions recevront une réponse par courrier électronique. Dans la réponse, TPG fournira au participant un lien unique et lui demandera de cliquer sur le lien pour être dirigé vers le site dédié à l’échange de cartes Visa eReward afin de soumettre son nom, son e-mail, son adresse postale et son téléphone portable pour recevoir sa carte Visa eReward $5.

Si un participant soumet un reçu que le Commanditaire juge, à sa seule discrétion, non valide ou illisible, un message d’erreur lui sera transmis. Le Commanditaire pourra alors, à sa seule discrétion, fournir au participant des instructions précisant comment faire parvenir son reçu, accompagné de son adresse postale de retour, au centre d’exécution du Commanditaire en vue d’un traitement manuel. Tous les reçus envoyés par la poste doivent porter un cachet postal daté du 15 juillet 2026 au plus tard.

5. Comment échanger votre fiche Visa eReward?

Comment l’utiliser pour faire des achats en magasin avec un portefeuille numérique :

Votre carte de récompense virtuelle peut être utilisée pour payer avec des portefeuilles numériques : Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay et Fitbit Pay.

Ouvrez le portefeuille/l’application sur votre appareil.
Prenez une photo de votre carte ou saisissez manuellement les détails de
votre carte.
Suivez les instructions à l’écran

Comment l’utiliser pour faire des achats en ligne :

Assurez-vous que le solde de la carte est supérieur au coût total de l’achat, taxes comprises. Veuillez noter : Certaines transactions nécessitent une retenue allant jusqu’à 20% au-dessus du montant de l’achat. Consultez votre contrat de titulaire de carte pour plus d’informations.
Sélectionnez « Crédit » comme mode de paiement (ne sélectionnez pas « Carte-cadeau »)
Dans la section Mode de paiement, saisissez les informations de la carte comme vous le feriez pour une carte de crédit ou de débit.
Dans la section Adresse de facturation, veuillez indiquer votre nom et votre adresse

5. Conditions générales

Limite d’une (1) utilisation de la promotion par foyer.

Chaque achat admissible donne droit à un maximum d’une (1) carte eReward Visa d’une valeur de 5 dollar. La carte Visa eReward n’est ni échangeable ni remboursable contre de l’argent. Non valable avec aucune autre promotion et ne peut être remplacé en cas de perte, de vol, de dommage ou d’expiration.

Si le montant de votre achat dépasse la valeur de la fiche eReward Visa de 5 dollar, vous devrez régler le solde. Toute tentative d’utiliser la Promotion à des fins non autorisées, ou d’utiliser plus de Promotions que le nombre autorisé par foyer, entraînera le refus de la Promotion et sera considérée comme une fraude par le Commanditaire.

Cette promotion est assujettie à toutes les lois fédérales, provinciales et municipales applicables. Cette promotion est valable uniquement au Canada et est nulle là où la loi l’interdit. Les décisions du commanditaire concernant tous les aspects de cette promotion sont définitives et exécutoires pour tous les participants, sans possibilité d’appel, y compris, sans limitation, toute décision concernant l’admissibilité ou la disqualification des participants.
